This is one of the best Jeet Kune Do books that I have seen in quite a while! As a longtime professional Instructor of Jeet Kune Do, I am always looking for something that covers material that I have not seen covered before. This book certainly fills the bill! Author and professional Jeet Kune Do Instructor Chris Kent has written several excellent books on Jeet Kune Do, but this one is exceptional! A lot of excellent drills are shown on a wide variety of training equipment, including the mook jong, heavy bag, double end bag, focus gloves and much more! If you are looking for a good book on training with equipment, then is is definitely the book for you! All I can say is BUY IT! You will not be disappointed!
