Adding this layer of durable, waterproof fabric reduces wear and tear on your tent floor, which can be caused by camping on rough or rocky ground. All NEMO products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials to the original owner.

But seriously ... for what the *tent* cost, the footprint s.b. included.That said, you really do want / need this to protect the bottom of yer expensive Nemo tent.Pro tip: you can leave the footprint connected to the tent when you pack it for a quicker set-up next time. ?
