I expected it to be connected and ready to hang. I had no idea that I would have to string and connect all the letters together to make the words “Happy Birthday” . It was time consuming and a disappointment .I personally didn’t think we would have to weave the string into the letters for that price but other than that it was GREAT!Serves its purposeKid loved itI loved the banner, it was better than the ones at Party City.Very easy to assemble and looked great! A lot sturdier than I expected! My son loved it!It was missing a letter. Glad I opened it before the day of the party.The day you find out, it's too late. We had to cut the "I" into a hyphen and say Happy B-DAY.
